If, after an update, you still see an older version or some features do not load correctly, first try closing and reopening the app or refreshing the page. If the problem continues, you can reinstall the app. In some cases, you may need to unlock the book content again.

I have an older edition of the book. Can I still access the app?

New companion features are tied to the edition that includes them and are not unlocked automatically by purchasing an earlier edition. Any legacy resources or credentials already provided remain associated with the content they originally unlocked.
